Clear Barrier
Barriers Reinforced barrier - Gray high-density vinyl barrier has a nylon mesh core to resist stretching and tearing in hanging applications. Often used as a curtain to isolate loud machinery or contain noise within the area.
Non-reinforced barrier - (pictured) Black high-density vinyl barrier significantly reduces noise transmission when used in walls ceilings and also around open machinery. It can be woven between staggered studs in new construction to keep noise traveling between the rooms.
Clear Barrier - For applications where visual access and light are needed. It can be hung like a curtain between worker and noise-making equipment. Can be incorporated in enclosures as a door or window. Also non-toxic, treated with fire retardants to pass UL 94VO flammability test.

Combine acoustical foam and noise barriers into a single sheet with three layers:
1" thick layer of surface-coated foam to absorb noise
1/8" thick noise barrier, to contain noise and reduce sound transmission
1/4" thick foam decoupler to provide air space between the barrier and the mounting surface for optimal noise containment. Two types of foam and several facing options are available.
Composite in Willtec - Panels come standard with a convoluted surface and gray Hypalon facing for easy cleanup. Rugged Tedlar facing is available to withstand harsher cleaning and chemicals. Aluminized mylar facing is also available for special applications. Composite in Polyurethane - A more economical choice. Often used around large equipment. Comes standard in flat sheets coated with black Tuftane skin. Aluminized mylar facing is also available to provide better moisture resistance.

Combines non-reinforced black barrier with foam decoupler to reduce the noise created by vibrating pipes. Available in willtec and polyurethane foam. Each is offered in several sizes for varying industrial uses. Both offer pressure sensitive adhesive backing as an option.
Foam in willtec- comes standard with a convoluted surface coated with gray Hypalon for easy clean-up and resistance to dust and fluids. This product is also available with a tough Tedlar facing or aluminized Mylar for special applications. Foam in polyurethane - economical option that provides great sound absorption. Standard with a black Tuftane facing that resists water, oil and solvents. Aluminized Mylar is also available. Anything bigger than 24"X48"- may have to be shipped by a common carrier and shipping has to be quoted individually. Jut to give you an idea - shipping of one may not be much different from shipping of ten 48"X98" sheets of foam and may cost 100-300 dollars.
