MATERIAL:
made from fiber-free willtec® foam core and a rugged tackable exterior covered with Guilford FR701 fabrics or micro perforated vinyl.
  • Willtec gives the panels feather light weight with great sound absorption characteristic
  • Tackable surface is made from lightweight, yet strong 1/16" fiberglass substrate

  • ALL FABRITEC panels are custom made so additional lead time will apply. We may be able to make other sizes than listed below.

We can supply you with:
Fabric - $8.84 per linear foot (5.5 feet wide)
Flat foam 1" thick - $205.00 per box of 12 sheets 24" X 48"

We DO NOT guarantee acoustic performance of your made panels nor should you make them to install in places where people can reach or where they would be a subject for impact as they will not have a fiberglass substrate that makes it sturdy and foam could fall apart on impact.

INSTALLATION :

Adhesive - for adhesive installation we would recommend to use our "Acoustic Adhesive" (part #PA-02) because other adhesives may not be compatible and/or may emit strong odor(detail handling and installation guides will be e-mailed or mailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase).
Hook and Loop - Prior to shipping the loop side of the fastener is attached to the panel. Then the hook side with a tape backing is attached to the loop and shipped to you.

 "Z" Clip - A clip in a shape of "Z" that you can hang the panel on.
